Policies about us
Child policy
Children under 3 years old can stay for free with parents. The extra person rate will apply to children 3 years and over.

Cancellation policy
  • cancellations received within 30 to 40 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equivilent to 1 night's accommodation
  • cancellations received within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a minimum fee equivilent to 3 nights accommodation
  • cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival and no shows will incur full cancellation fee
  • No refund shall be made for no-shows, late arrival or premature departure.
